Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator to act as the main liaison between customers and warehouse operations, aligning customer requirements with KPIs and ensuring timely project execution. You will ensure SOP compliance, address fall-outs promptly, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while keeping comprehensive records of agreements and communications.

The role requires at least 2 years in the industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in the related industry.
• Experience in contract logistics / warehousing will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Resilient, tenacious and persistent.
• Self-motivated and performance driven.
• Good commands in English and BM both speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between customer and warehouse operation teams to ensure customer's requirements are aligned with operational KPIs;
• Prepare and ensure all SOPs / Contacts are adhered to and any fall-outs are addressed on priority;
• Responsible for implementation of customer projects, ensuring timely execution and smooth integration with current operations;
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding operational matters, customer needs and service improvements;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agreements, contracts, and customer communication to ensure traceability and smooth follow‑up on outstanding issues or commitments;
• To carry out any duties as instructed by superior from time to time;
• To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
