YONNY BRAND MANAGEMENT (MY) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive in Kuala Lumpur to manage franchise enquiries from campaigns and social channels.

You will proactively contact prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email, screen interests and investment budgets, and qualify leads for the Franchise Business Development team. The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
• At least 1 year in customer service, telesales, lead management or related fields; fresh graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming franchise enquiries from marketing campaigns and channels.
• Proactively contact potential franchisees via phone, WhatsApp, email and other platforms.
• Screen prospects to understand interests, investment budgets, locations and readiness to invest.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and transfer to Franchise Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM and monitor follow-up and qualification progress.
• Prepare regular reports on lead enquiries, qualified leads and handover performance.
• Coordinate with Business Development to ensure smooth lead transitions and timely responses.
