10ft Curtains SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy, lead the team, and optimize lead generation across digital and offline channels. The role requires proven paid media accountability and the ability to direct video content for social media in multiple languages.

You will plan monthly and yearly campaigns, manage budgets, collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to improve lead quality, and report on performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience with 1–2 years in lead/managerial role.
• Experience in home furnishing, interior design, renovation, property or retail is a plus.
• Proven track record with paid ads delivering measurable leads and sales.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, conversion funnels & ROI reporting.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for multilingual campaigns.
• Able to plan and direct video content for social media and manage campaigns across multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and yearly marketing plans across all entities and channels.
• Plan, launch, optimise paid ad campaigns; manage budgets and report on cost per lead and ROI.
• Lead content team to produce videos, posters, and social content in 3 languages.
• Plan seasonal promotions, product launches, stock clearance campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Drive showroom traffic and support ID/project channel marketing.
• Maintain brand consistency across showrooms, online platforms, and marketing materials.
• Track competitor activity and market trends; propose new products, offers, or channels.
• Manage marketing vendors, KOLs/influencers, and agencies when needed.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and present results to management.
