Job summary

Cornerstone Xstate in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist - Assistant Manager to lead a marketing team and drive digital campaigns that generate high-quality leads for premium properties.

You will design and implement digital marketing strategies across FB, IG, XHS, TikTok and SEO/SEM, track KPI, mentor graphic designers and content writers, and collaborate with sales to achieve targets. This role offers growth to Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

• Active digital marketing experience with a focus on high-quality lead generation.
• 3–5 years of relevant lead generation experience and market insights.
• Proficient with social platforms (FB/IG/TikTok/XHS) and SEO/SEM.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing advertisements on digital platforms to generate leads for properties on market.
• Create effective ads to attract quantity and quality leads across social channels.
• Research, improve and implement market-relevant methods in lead generation.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers and lead a team.
• Track KPIs and hit lead generation targets.
