Job summary

Respond.io is hiring a founding Account Manager for APAC to design and scale the account management function from day one. You will partner with the executive team, shape playbooks, and drive retention and expansion across self-service and small key accounts.

This is a remote-friendly, Day 0 environment with significant ownership and high impact. You will focus on onboarding, best-practice adoption, and lifecycle engagement, while building a scalable approach to growing revenue across the APAC

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS AM, CS, or Sales with revenue/retention responsibility.
• Managed a portfolio of 50–100 accounts and prioritized impactful ones.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow expansion revenue: upgrades, multi-location rollouts, and usage-based growth.
• Defend the base: monitor at-risk accounts, analyze cancellations, and stabilize key customers.
• Surface insights from usage/billing signals to inform the playbook and drive retention.
• Document every touch and prove AM impact with data from day one.
