Working arrangement and pay

• Hybrid work in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor, with regular in-person work alongside the founder. Full-time is preferred; part-time may be considered for applicants who can consistently meet agreed working hours.
• The advertised monthly salary range applies to the full-time role. Part-time hours and pay would be agreed separately. Starting pay during probation will be based on the role and market conditions. Pay will be reviewed after successful probation, with stronger compensation based on performance.
