Job summary

Alphv Recruit is seeking an AI Subject Matter Expert to lead evaluation, testing, and implementation of emerging AI technologies. You will identify practical AI use cases to enhance business processes and advise leadership on platforms, vendors, adoption strategies, and options.

The role focuses on driving AI adoption through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing across the organization. Senior-level responsibility with 4+ years of AI experience is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, and implement emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and automation tools.


• Identify and develop practical AI use cases to improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.


• Advise management and internal teams on AI platforms, solutions, vendors, adoption strategies, and implementation options.


• Drive AI adoption through training, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing across the organisation.

Skills Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in AI, software solutions, digital transformation, automation, technology consulting, or related fields.


• Strong hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and major AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.


• Strong business and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and evaluate different technologies based on cost, capability, security, and business value.


• Strong communication and stakeholder skills, including the ability to present AI concepts, conduct training/workshops, and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
