Job summary

10 Gram Gourmet Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya is seeking an AI & Digital Systems Executive to drive digital transformation across the business. The role focuses on analysing, designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions to improve operations, websites, workflows and customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have a IT/digital background, strong problem-solving, and the ability to turn business needs into practical digital tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Digital Technology, Digital Marketing or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• Fresh graduates with strong practical AI/digital skills are welcome
• Programming experience is NOT required
• Strong interest and practical ability in AI and digital technology
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or similar
• Basic understanding of websites, databases, APIs and system integrations is an advantage
• Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, SEO or Google tools is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and independent learning ability
• Able to understand business needs and turn them into practical digital solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business and systems analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation and AI integration across the organisation
• Build and improve internal systems such as customer portals, inventory, order tracking and reporting tools using AI and modern platforms
• Manage and improve company websites, WordPress/WooCommerce/Shopify and landing pages
• Identify manual processes that can be digitalised or automated
• Use AI tools to develop and troubleshoot solutions
• Support SEO, GEO, AEO & SEM, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, conversion tracking and technical SEO
• Manage system integrations, user access, backups and basic security
• Research and introduce useful AI, software and automation tools to improve company productivity
• Work with development teams to oversee the implementation, testing and deployment of digital and AI solutions
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimisation and continuous improvement
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices in AI and digital systems
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations and documentation for senior management and technical stakeholders

About the role

10 Gram Gourmet Sdn Bhd is seeking an AI & Digital Systems Executive to join our growing team in Cyberjaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that sits at the intersection of technology innovation and business strategy. As an AI & Digital Systems Executive, you will be responsible for analysing, designing and implementing digital solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and advanced systems to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage across the organization to build systems, improve websites, automate workflows and solve business problems. This role is critical to our digital transformation journey and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how we operate and serve our customers.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive business and systems analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation and AI integration across the organisation.

Build and improve internal systems such as customer portals, inventory, order tracking and reporting tools using AI and modern platforms.

What we're looking for
