Job summary

Sf Techlogis Sdn Bhd is seeking a forwarding supervisor to manage daily import and export operations, ensuring smooth customs clearance and accurate shipping documentation. You will coordinate with customers, agents and authorities, monitor shipment progress, and lead the Forwarding team to meet service standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in forwarding, strong import/export knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle multiple shipments and priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of forwarding experience.
• Strong knowledge of import/export and customs procedures.
• Experience managing a forwarding team preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
