Job summary

Hiredly X is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage import and export shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely clearance. You will handle Bills of Lading, invoices, and import declarations, and coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to meet shipment requirements.

The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to monitor customs declarations (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, ZB1–ZB4) through to clearance completion.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in import/export coordination and documentation.
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, invoices, and import declarations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments, including customs clearance and shipment documentation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices and import declarations.
• Follow up on customs declarations including K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, ZB1, ZB2, ZB3 and ZB4, and monitor clearance until completion.
• Arrange haulage and transportation based on customers’ shipment requirements.
• Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics partners.
