Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a freight forwarding or cargo forwarding role.
• Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding processes, including customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of freight and cargo shipments, including bookings, documentation, and tracking.
• Liaise with carriers, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transportation of goods.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to all freight and cargo movements.
• Collaborate with the wider team to optimise logistics processes and improve customer service.

As a Forwarding Executive, you will play a crucial role in the freight and cargo forwarding operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to our valued clients. Key responsibilities
