Job summary

Forward Express Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics-forward clerk to support day-to-day operations and liaise with diverse clients. The role involves coordinating shipments, arranging trucks, and learning sea import/export basics.

Candidate should have at least SPM/O Level, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, and willingness to learn in a dynamic team environment. Training will be provided on procedures and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum schooling: Primary/Secondary/SPM/O Level or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Experience in logistics-related field is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistics operations and client communications.
• Liaise with clients and partners to arrange shipments and vessel bookings.
• Support basic sea import/export activities as needed.

Job description

Required language(s):Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin as this roles will required to liaise with our diverse client base and partners.

At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Able to work under minimal supervision
