Job summary

JB Distripark Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor, is looking for a dedicated logistics coordinator to join our operations team. You will coordinate daily deliveries and pickups, manage transport documents, and ensure shipments move safely and on time.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in transport management or logistics, at least 1 year in logistics, and familiarity with local and overseas shipments. We offer on‑the‑job training and a supportive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Transport Management/Logistics.
• 1 year experience in the Logistics sector.
• Familiar with the arrangement of incoming and outgoing shipments to local and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily delivery and receiving schedules to make sure cargo is transported smoothly and on time.
• Prepare and check transport documents such as Delivery Orders, customs clearance documents and gate passes.
• Keep track of any vehicle breakdowns, delivery delays or transport-related incidents and follow up on the necessary corrective actions.
• Work closely with drivers and the operations team to ensure safe driving practices and compliance with traffic and company safety requirements.
• Communicate with drivers, customers and relevant parties to resolve any transport or delivery issues along the way.
• Support the team in ensuring daily transport operations run efficiently, safely and according to schedule.
