About the roleTD EXPRESS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and organised Storekeeper / Porter to join our warehousing and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of stored goods, inventory control, and the physical handling of items within our warehouse facility. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our storage and distribution operations run smoothly, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the timely dispatch of goods to our customers. This position is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and log incoming goods into the warehouse management system

Organise and store items in designated locations following proper warehousing procedures and safety protocols

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements

Handle the physical movement of goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks

Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or damaged items to management

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and complies with health and safety regulations

Assist with warehouse maintenance tasks and equipment upkeep

Support the dispatch team in loading vehicles and ensuring goods are secured properly

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times
