Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or related role preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and coordination skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from retail customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Visit retail outlets for merchandising checks when not processing orders.
