Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, client support or similar administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems or sales management software.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing customer orders, quotations and sales documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinating sales activities and liaising between sales representatives, head of sales, internal departments and occasionally with customers
• Maintaining comprehensive customer databases and updating records to ensure information accuracy
• Handling customer inquiries and providing responsive support to resolve issues promptly
• Preparing sales reports, performance analytics and market-related documentation
• Scheduling meetings, site visits and product demonstrations for the sales team
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team on stock requirements
• Supporting the development and implementation of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
