Job summary

HEINEKEN Malaysia is seeking a Data-driven Demand Planner to support end-to-end demand planning for our sell-out business. You will translate market insights into accurate forecasts to optimise inventory, ensuring product availability and business growth.

Collaborate with Regional Planning Hub and Commercial teams to incorporate promotions and market trends into plans, monitor performance, and contribute to the monthly Demand Review and S&OP processes.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning or related field in FMCG.
Experience with S&OP or regional planning hub is a plus.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with planning systems.

Responsibilities

Validate and enhance baseline demand forecasts with local market intelligence.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Trade to incorporate promotions into demand plans.
Monitor weekly sales performance and identify forecast deviations.
Support monthly Demand Review and S&OP with analyses and recommendations.
Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments to improve service levels.
Track forecast KPIs and perform root-cause analysis.
Maintain planning data and product hierarchies in planning systems.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships to enable effective decision-making.
