Job summary

Maestro Swiss Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Demand Planning professional to coordinate monthly forward sales forecasts by trade channel and region, review historical sales, market trends, and seasonality to support planning and marketing objectives.

The role emphasizes improving planning processes, maintaining stock targets and collaborating with stakeholders to minimize variances. With a Diploma or Degree and at least 5 years in FMCG demand planning, you will drive forecast

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma / Degree in any discipline and able to work independently.
• A good team player with at least 5 years of demand planning experience in FMCG environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of Management and Staff.
• Good coordination, analytic, negotiation and influencing capability with high attention to details and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly forward sales forecast reports by trade channel and region to support monthly demand planning.
• Analyze past 6 months sales to validate forecast plans and marketing plans and establish sales trend.
• Improve demand planning processes and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning.
• Make adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on sales dynamics and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reconcile variances and ensure timely reports.
