Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia is seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to manage stock levels across all categories, forecasting demand, and coordinating promotional inventory. You will ensure stock availability, accuracy, and optimal holding periods while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

You will partner with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and suppliers to support growth and campaigns. The role requires a degree in Supply Chain Management or related field and at least 5 years in inventory

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics or related field.
• At least 5 years in supply chain or inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels across all categories to ensure healthy stock holding.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, audits, and regular reviews.
• Analyse stock movement, inventory ageing, slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Establish and monitor inventory KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, stock ageing, and stock holding days.
