Job summary

Greenworld Shipping Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor, is seeking a driven Customer Service Executive (Shipping) to join our team. You will handle inbound inquiries, coordinate shipments, and provide updates to clients in the freight and cargo forwarding industry.

This full-time role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and familiarity with shipping management platforms. You will maintain records, assist with process improvements, and support a dynamic logistics team.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience in freight/logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with computer systems and shipping software.
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with the coordination and tracking of shipments, providing regular updates on status of deliveries.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of shipments and provide customers with accurate information.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and shipment details.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Provide support for other administrative tasks as required.
