Job summary

TG Malaysia is seeking a capable Operations Administrator to coordinate KINTO & Mobility/After Sales activities in Malaysia. The role involves fleet management, contract terminations, and coordinating renewals and payments with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in administrative/operational roles, excellent communication skills, and strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word proficiency to support process improvements and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or professional qualification in any field.
• 3–5 years in administrative/operations roles, handling invoicing or payments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation of KINTO & Mobility / KINTO After Sales Operation.
• Manage fleet operations including contract termination and disposal.
• Coordinate with inter-company departments on stamping, renewal of insurance, payments and collections.
• Monitor and report on KINTO after-sales operations issues.
• Plan and administer vehicle maintenance-related matters.
• Prepare pricing, vehicle maintenance costing and monitor insurance sum insured.
• Handle daily ad hoc enquiries from customers.
• Continuously improve operation processes and efficiency.
