Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Operations (Fleet) to ensure vehicle readiness and seamless handovers. The role involves performing Pre-Delivery Inspections, coordinating inbound/outbound transfers, and maintaining accurate records across CarTracker and related systems.

You will work with a logistics team, ensuring timely PDI and transport from yard to branches, while complying with JPJ/Puspakom procedures and maintaining high fleet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
• Able to multitask, prioritize effectively and resolve challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Valid Malaysian driving license with clean record and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
• Perform inbound and outbound inspections on all IC to IC transfer cars and update records.
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and perform post-test drive touch-ups.
• Coordinate inter-branch vehicle transfers with Logistics and update CarTracker/C2B records.
• Transport cars from yard to branch for dealer pickup and assist with handovers from branches.
• Lead monthly stock counts to ensure vehicle inventory accuracy.
