Job summary

Asia Recruit in Malaysia is hiring for SPM leavers or fresh graduates for a hands-on logistics role. The job requires physical work, use of scanning devices, and adaptability to a dynamic environment with day and night shifts.

You will support driver management, seller and partner coordination, hub operations, sorting, and asset/vehicle management to ensure smooth daily pickups.

• Able to commit to rotational shift working hours (day & night shift)

Responsibilities

• Driver Management & Pickup Process: Supervise and coordinate drivers to ensure efficient pickup operations; Ensure adherence to SOPs for the pickup process, including scanning and parcel handling.
• Seller & Partner Management: Manage expectations and communication with sellers and partners regarding pickup arrangements; Address and resolve any pickup-related concerns or escalations.
• Hub Operations & Sorting Management: Oversee hub operations, including sorting activities and maintaining FIFO processes; Monitor sorter attendance, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
• Asset & Vehicle Management: Track and manage company assets, including PDA devices; Oversee vehicle management, ensuring proper maintenance, fuel usage, and availability for daily operations.
