Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, picking, packing and stock control in our Kuala Lumpur facility. The role requires physical fitness and careful handling of goods, with basic computer skills and forklift familiarity a plus.
You will maintain accurate inventory, support loading/unloading, and cooperate with the team to ensure safe, on-time deliveries. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous and training is provided.

Receive, unload, inspect and arrange incoming goods accurately and efficiently.
Pick, pack, label and prepare goods for delivery according to delivery requirements.
Safely load and unload goods, including lifting, carrying and moving items within the warehouse.
Ensure all goods are properly stored, organised and easily accessible.
Assist with stock take, stock checking and inventory updates.
Prepare and print basic warehouse documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Airway Bills and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
Update stock movements, inventory records and other warehouse information in the system.
Assist with container unloading and other daily warehouse activities as required.
Coordinate with other departments and warehouse team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
Operate or assist with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and reach trucks, where required and authorised.
Support the Warehouse Executive/Lead in daily warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned.
