Job summary

A leading e-commerce platform is seeking a logistics coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the sorting and delivery operations. This role involves delegating tasks to sorters and drivers, monitoring compliance with safety policies, and ensuring high customer service standards are met. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities, be adaptable in a dynamic environment, and have experience in logistics operations. A diploma or degree in relevant fields is advantageous. The position requires willingness to work in a rotational shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers based on headcounts.
• Receive and manage inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule activities with drivers for timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver behavior to ensure customer service quality.
• Assist the fleet lead in deploying and training new drivers.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure safety policy compliance for in-hub parcel collection.

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in‑hub parcel collection
