Job summary

Xanderia Berhad is a start-up FinTech company in Malaysia seeking a Sales Executive to identify and engage potential customers via social media and outdoor events. You will assess eligibility and tailor Shariah-compliant microfinance packages, handling documentation and follow-up until funds are disbursed.

In this role you will address inquiries, meet sales KPIs, and build long-term customer relationships within a fast-growing FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp)
• Utilize provided prospect lists and carry out outdoor sales activities such as booths, roadshows, and programs at government offices/agencies
• Assess customers' financial eligibility and recommend the most suitable Xanderia financing package based on their needs and circumstances
• Prepare and compile all required documentation, collaborate with the Sales Administration team, and follow up on applications until funds are disbursed
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented manner to secure sales conversions
• Meet assigned sales KPIs while building and maintaining long-term relationships with your customer base
