Fintech News Malaysia — part of Fintech News Network is seeking a Sales Associate to support our sales team from initial inquiries to onboarding and payment tracking. This full-time, fully remote role serves clients across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

You will respond to inbound leads, coordinate appointments, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate records while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in sales development, customer success or account coordination for B2B media/marketing/advertising.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required; Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, ability to persist without being rude.
• Strong organisational skills to switch from sales to billing follow-ups.
• Interest in fintech and digital marketing; proactive and self-driven.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot; proficient with word/spreadsheet software.

Aufgaben

• Respond to inbound leads and guide them through initial inquiries.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups via email, calls, and messages.
• Schedule client appointments on the sales team calendars.
• Work independently to deliver results against KPIs and drive new business.
• Manage vendor onboarding and invoicing documentation for client bookings.
• Monitor payment timelines and ensure timely payments for bookings.
• Maintain accurate prospect and client records in systems.
