Qualifications

• Interest in financial services and fintech context.
• Experience or strong foundation in marketing and campaigns.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English; Mandarin skills valued.
• Strong planning, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
• Interest in SOPs, project life cycles, and process optimization.

Responsabilités

• Lead campaign initiatives from scoping to post-launch review.
• Ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are defined and met.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and translate into actionable insights.
• Compile data from campaigns and client interactions to drive decisions.
• Maintain project plans, provide updates, and document lessons learned.
• Identify and implement SOP/process improvements to boost quality and consistency.
