Qualifications

• 5+ years in user growth, campaign management or digital marketing with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with multi-market promotions and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia an advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end lifecycle management of digital campaigns for priority overseas markets.
• Design multi-channel strategies across App, Web, CRM and Social to drive growth.
• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Tech and Regional teams for timely promotions.
• Implement promotional mechanics, budgeting, bonuses, credits and referrals.
• Track performance against KPIs like deposits and funded accounts; optimise ROI.
• Segment audiences, run A/B tests and refine messaging for efficiency.
• Prevent fraud and manage risk to ensure legitimate, eligible users.
