Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm with offices across Asia-Pacific, seeks an Email Marketing professional to develop campaigns, manage automated journeys, and localise content for regional audiences. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to optimise engagement and retention.

Ideal candidates have experience with Marketo or similar platforms, strong English communication, and a keen interest in finance/trading. Mandarin skills are a plus in a multicultural team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.
• Design, implement, and manage automated email journeys to nurture leads and improve client retention.
• Localise email content with sales and marketing members, including language, tone, and cultural nuances, to meet the needs of regional audiences.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to create compelling email content and visuals.
• Maintain and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalised communication.
• Troubleshoot issues within the email marketing platform and test emails to optimise performance and deliverability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Familiarity with Marketo or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Great interest in the finance and trading industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, working proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded, and other additional language skills are advantageous.
