Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm with offices across Asia-Pacific, seeks an Email Marketing professional to develop campaigns, manage automated journeys, and localise content for regional audiences. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to optimise engagement and retention.

Ideal candidates have experience with Marketo or similar platforms, strong English communication, and a keen interest in finance/trading. Mandarin skills are a plus in a multicultural team.

• Strong ability to analyze campaign metrics and drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
• Design, implement, and manage automated email journeys to nurture leads and improve retention.
• Localise email content with sales/marketing teams for regional audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to create compelling email content and visuals.
• Maintain and segment email lists for targeted, personalized communication.
• Troubleshoot issues in the email marketing platform and test emails to optimise performance.
