Hytech, a leading management consulting firm with a global footprint, is hiring a Paid Advertising Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic networks to drive customer acquisition for fintech clients.

You will own the full ads funnel—from targeting and creative briefs to performance tracking and optimization—while collaborating with regional stakeholders. English fluency is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or financial services is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic).
• Own the full paid ads funnel—from audience targeting to performance tracking and optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new paid ad opportunities.
• Test and iterate on ad formats, messaging, and audience strategies to improve outcomes.
