OX Human Resources Consultancies is seeking a dynamic customer service professional for a fintech-focused role in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, delivering accurate information on products, pricing, and technical processes while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service within Fintech/Payment or related fields, with strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, client support, or account servicing in Fintech/Payment/Blockchain industries.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Knowledge of financial services, digital payments, or blockchain solutions is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, live chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate responses to inquiries about products, services, pricing, and technical processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates across support platforms.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the product team.
