The role requires solid Excel and ERP experience, strong organization, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional finance team. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years in AP is preferred, with opportunities to advance in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related.
• 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting; fresh grads welcome.
• Understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
• Good English communication; Mandarin a plus for regional vendors.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare weekly and ad hoc payment runs, including bank transfers and other electronic payment methods.
• Maintain accurate vendor master records and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor payment due dates to ensure timely settlement while optimizing cash flow.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals, accounts reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing of invoices, payment records, and supporting documentation.
• Support audit requests by preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, approval workflows, tax requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with finance process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
