Job summary

Score Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team. You will process invoices and credits, liaise with internal buyers and external suppliers, and maintain the invoice register to ensure timely payments.

The role requires a degree in accounting or finance, 1–2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a team, delivering accurate, on-time results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good analytical and reasoning skills.
• Deadline oriented, meticulous and detail oriented.

• Assertive and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices and credits received.
• Liaise with internal buyers
• Update invoice register of all invoices/credits received
• External liaison with suppliers
• Provide statistics regarding invoices processed and queries received
• Reconcile statements received from suppliers
• Preparation of proposed payment run
• Review Aged Accounts Payable report and explain debit balances
• Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
