Job summary

Prudential plc in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support daily operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements in line with company policies.

The role requires 1–3 years’ related experience, a degree in finance or accounting, and strong English communication for liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders. Hybrid or on-site options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or working towards designation is advantageous.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Invoices processing: review vendor invoices in Coupa, validate against POs, ensure GL posting accuracy.
• Payment processing: verify vendor payment data, process payments and record in GL.
• Staff reimbursement/claims: review and process staff claims per policy.
• Reporting and documentation: support AP and staff claims aging reports and audit collaboration.
• Vendor management: maintain vendor master data and onboarding/change requests.
• Other tasks: assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
