AYP Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a meticulous Finance Executive to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across multiple entities. You will handle vendor invoices, payment processing, reconciliations, and intercompany funding, while supporting AR functions to ensure healthy cash flow.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with hands-on experience in SEA markets. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and Excel proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
• Hands-on AP activities: invoicing, payments, reconciliations.
• AR activities: client invoicing, receipts, reconciliations.
• Experience with multi-currency and FX transactions.
• Knowledge of GST, VAT, WHT in SEA region a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; QuickBooks Online advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Review, verify and process vendor invoices with proper approvals.
• Prepare and coordinate local and overseas payment runs.
• Monitor AP ageing and vendor statements; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and FX differences.
• Record and reconcile customer receipts across payment platforms.
• Prepare AR invoices and support revenue reconciliation and AR reporting.
• Assist in monthly closing, audits and tax documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation across AP/AR.
