Job summary

PMG HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage day-to-day operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger transactions.

The role involves preparing financial records, assisting in month-end and year-end closings, and liaising with auditors and tax agents. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, with 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prefer 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
• Must have basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations: AR, AP, and GL transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation in line with procedures.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform bank, supplier, and other reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle petty cash, vouchers, invoices, and related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and authorities for audits and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support the Finance team in improving processes and maintaining documentation.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
