Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah is seeking a fresh graduate in finance or accounting to support monthly financial reporting and business analysis. You will work with SAP/OA systems to prepare statements, manage assets and inventories, and provide timely insights to product line managers.

You will help monitor risks, develop digital reports, and assist with annual and rolling budgets while supporting the broader finance team and leaders.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor degree in finance, auditing or related majors.
• Academic excellence demonstrated in university.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements of product lines and provide timely decision information.
• Manage assets, regular inventory, reconciliations and advisory on financial health.
• Identify early risk signals and propose timely risk management actions.
• Digitally develop existing reports and promote IT platform maturity.
• Coordinate annual and rolling budgets; ensure corrective actions to meet targets.
• Analyze factory operations, monthly output, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Support headquarters and affiliates on financial matters.
• Complete other duties assigned by department head.

Prepare monthly financial statements of the product lines and provide timely and accurate decision-making information and recommendations to the product line managers on the business under their jurisdiction.

Analysis and management of assets, the organization of regular inventory and reconciliation, to ensure that the accounts are consistent, and provide management advice.

Risk early warning, found that the financial indicators are abnormal, need to put forward risk management and reflect the problem in a timely manner.

Digital development of existing reports, with and promote the establishment and development of information technology platform.

Coordinate the business unit or factory annual and rolling budget measurement, to exceed the budget matters in a timely manner to propose corrective action to ensure that performance is achieved.

Regularly analyze the cycle of factory business operations, monthly output process sharing, cost reduction and improvement matters.

Assist the headquarters, affiliates of the financial business support matters.

Completion of other tasks assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduate , bachelor degree or above in finance, auditing or other related majors. Excellent academic performance in university.

Understand various financial and data management systems such as SAP, OA, etc., and understand the system business process and related data logic flow.

Strong observation and analytical skills, meticulous and rigorous work, and strong stress tolerance.

Be good at Bahasa Melayu,English and Mandarin (Need report to Chinese Department leaders).
