Manage the Company's full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports and cash flow forecasts.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning and working capital.
Monitor AR, collections, overdue accounts and AP/payment matters.
Handle product costing, profitability analysis, inventory and cost control.
Review payroll, claims, commissions and other employee-related payments.
Supervise and review the work of existing Finance staff.
Coordinate with outsourced accountants, tax agents, auditors and relevant authorities.
Oversee E-Invoice, tax, audit and statutory compliance matters.
Establish and improve finance procedures, SOPs and internal controls.
Coordinate financial matters relating to other companies under the Director.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the Managing Director and Management.
Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Company.

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance / Accounting experience.
At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Full Set Accounting experience is required.
Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Experience in costing, inventory accounting, budgeting and cash flow management is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting, taxation and statutory requirements.
Experience dealing with outsourced accountants, auditors and tax agents.
Familiar with E-Invoice requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Experience with SQL Accounting / AutoCount / UBS is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality and responsibility.
Mandarin and English proficiency is an advantage.
