Job summary

Grab is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Lead to own the delivery of the finance technology landscape, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement. The role requires strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑border collaboration across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Based onsite at the Petaling Jaya office in Malaysia. You will partner with Finance, Procurement and Technology teams, oversee solution architecture, integrations, testing, and release

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP or financial technology delivery with solution ownership and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP web services, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from demand shaping through production adoption with focus on stability, quality, controls and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead internal and external specialists across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines on finance technology projects.
• Manage full delivery lifecycle including change requests, backlog, capacity planning, testing, release governance and vendor coordination.
