Job summary

Grab in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Delivery Lead to join the team at Petaling Jaya. You will combine hands-on finance systems expertise with delivery leadership to improve and operate Grab's finance technology landscape, guiding internal and external specialists across the region.

You will own delivery from demand shaping through production adoption, ensuring operational stability, quality, controls and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance systems or ERP delivery with leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management across regions.
• Experience with SOX controls and audit responses.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for finance systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.
• Align business needs with Oracle Fusion Cloud and other platforms.
• Ensure controls, quality, and production stability.
