Job summary
Prudential plc in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Portfolio Delivery Leader to own and govern the Oracle Fusion ERP and Coupa S2P change portfolio through 2030. You will lead a team of Delivery Programme Managers, coordinate multi-country waves, and align with Finance, Risk and ITIL governance while driving value, risk management and audit readiness.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology programme and portfolio delivery.
- Experience leading multi-country ERP or S2P portfolios.
- Proven experience managing external partners and auditors.
- Strong governance, risk and audit discipline.
- Experience delivering AI or intelligent-automation features inside enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the Oracle + Coupa portfolio plan with 24-month view to 2030.
- Lead delivery of Waves/Release including Design, Build, Test, Cutover and Hyper-care.
- Manage Change, Release pipeline and governance artefacts with executive visibility.
- Lead Delivery PMs team and set standards, career paths and upskilling.
- Coordinate AI, risk, audit readiness and vendor performance across markets.
