Job summary

AirAsia Berhad seeks a Finance - Functional expert to drive strategic design and operational enhancements across Finance processes. You will coordinate projects, provide functional input, and contribute to enterprise improvements within Oracle Fusion environments.

The role requires analyzing AS-IS and TO-BE processes, liaising with users and technical teams on integrations, and supporting pre go-live, UAT, and post go-live training while maintaining SLA performance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent professional qualifications with 6 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Candidates must have experience working with Oracle Cloud Application / Oracle Fusion.
• Candidates must possess strong knowledge in Finance modules.
• Proven experience in problem solving, dealing with ambiguity, and organizational agility.
• Ability to effectively communicate with end users, peers, and management how the software application can assist in supporting their need.

Responsibilities

• In-house expert shaping strategic solution design and supporting operational enhancements on Finance processes.
• Coordinate projects, provide functional expertise, and contribute to enterprise improvements.
