Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Application Support Manager to lead the finance systems support function and ensure operational stability across Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and India. You will manage a team of internal and external consultants and drive service delivery, vendor performance, and incident resolution.

As the senior operational owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related finance platforms, you will oversee month‑end/year‑end processes and coordinate quarterly updates,

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years as a Support Manager in a finance systems or ERP environment.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related modules.

Responsibilities

Lead the application support for Grab's finance systems landscape.
Manage a team of 15+ consultants across multiple countries.
Ensure production stability, incident resolution and quarterly updates.
