Job summary

AirAsia in Malaysia is seeking an in-house expert to design strategic solutions and support enhancements to Finance processes. You will coordinate projects, provide functional expertise, and drive improvements across enterprise systems.

The role involves analyzing current and target processes and collaborating with users and technical teams to enable Oracle Fusion integrations, upgrades, and day-to-day problem resolution. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent professional qualifications with 6 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications / Oracle Fusion.
• Strong knowledge of Finance modules.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity and change effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with end users, peers and management.
• Familiarity with reporting, analytics and visualization tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategic solution design and support operational enhancements across Finance processes.
• Coordinate projects, provide functional expertise, and drive improvements for enterprise systems.
• Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes and liaise with users and technical resources for system integration to Oracle Fusion.
• Manage development of new system functionality, upgrades, and day-to-day issue tracking and training.
• Perform 1st level support for Oracle Helpdesk and MasterData modules and monitor SLA performance.
