Brooks Automation seeks a Business Transformation Lead, Finance to optimize global finance processes from our Malaysia site. The role reports to the Global Finance Lead and requires deep Oracle Fusion know‑how, project leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive process automation and improvements in Payables, GL, Receivables, and Fixed Assets.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Finance/Accounting with business optimization experience.
• End-to-end understanding of financial systems and modules across Payables, GL, Receivables, Cash, Fixed Assets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills plus stakeholder management.
