Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist for Finance Systems to translate business needs into future‑state Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP designs. You will lead change requests, manage end‑to‑end implementations, and collaborate with Finance and technology teams to ensure robust R2R processes and successful upgrades.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, experience in O2C/P2P, and strong stakeholder management within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud and core module interactions.
• Experience delivering two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects (R2R focus).
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany; receivables/payables preferred.
• Experience with change lifecycle: configuration/development, SIT, UAT, releases, post-go-live support.
• Ability to create functional design docs, process docs, user guides and training materials.
• Ability to assess impacts across processes, data and integrations.
• Strong partner management and ability to explain options to business/tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance systems change requests and project implementations from requirements through go‑live.
• Collaborate with Finance partners to document processes, standardise requirements, perform fit‑gap analyses.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and implementation plans.
• Assess impact, risks, dependencies and priorities across finance processes and data.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, test validation and business sign‑off.
• Work with technical teams, Oracle Support, partners to deliver integrations and migrations.
• Evaluate new Oracle capabilities and conduct POCs for Finance requirements.
• Drive change adoption with documentation, training materials and knowledge transfer.
