Job summary

Monks is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support NetSuite ERP administration and other finance technology systems in APAC, with potential involvement in global inquiries within the local time zone.

You will manage tickets, provide day-to-day system administration, coordinate with finance, technology teams and external consultants, document fixes and best practices, and contribute to finance process improvements and reporting to enhance data accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or IT.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication with users, managers, and external consultants.
• Hands-on with NetSuite ERP and finance tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for finance system queries.
• Manage and track tickets via the ticketing system.
• Provide day-to-day NetSuite ERP system administration and support.
• Troubleshoot login issues and data errors; escalate complex cases.
• Coordinate with finance, IT, and external consultants to resolve requests.
• Assist with process improvements and system upgrades.
• Document best practices and training materials.
