Job summary

Monks is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support NetSuite ERP administration and other finance technology systems in APAC, with potential involvement in global inquiries within the local time zone.

You will manage tickets, provide day-to-day system administration, coordinate with finance, technology teams and external consultants, document fixes and best practices, and contribute to finance process improvements and reporting to enhance data accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or IT.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication with users, managers, and external consultants.
• Hands-on with NetSuite ERP and finance tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for finance system queries.
• Manage and track tickets via the ticketing system.
• Provide day-to-day NetSuite ERP system administration and support.
• Troubleshoot login issues and data errors; escalate complex cases.
• Coordinate with finance, IT, and external consultants to resolve requests.
• Assist with process improvements and system upgrades.
• Document best practices and training materials.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support the administration and optimisation of NetSuite ERP and other finance technology systems. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who can manage ticketing, user support, and system administration while ensuring smooth issue resolution. The role will involve coordinating between users, system administrators, technical teams, and external consultants to track and resolve system‑related requests efficiently.

The role will be APAC focused however you may support global enquiries if they fall into the local time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for finance system queries, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
• Manage and track tickets through the ticketing system, ensuring timely follow‑ups and escalations.
• Provide day‑to‑day system administration for NetSuite ERP and other finance technology platforms.
• Handle basic troubleshooting (e.g., login issues, data entry errors) and elevate complex cases as needed.
• Work closely with finance teams, Tech teams, and external consultants to coordinate issue resolution.
• Ensure that tickets are logged, tracked, and resolved in an organised manner.
• Assist with finance process improvements, identifying opportunities to streamline system workflows.
• Support system upgrades, testing new releases, and documenting system changes.
• Assist users in creating and maintaining saved searches, dashboards, and reports in NetSuite.
• Support finance teams by ensuring data accuracy and reporting consistency across systems.
• Help document best practices and training materials for finance system users.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Detail‑oriented with a structured approach to issue tracking and resolution.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with users, system managers, IT teams, and external consultants.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with NetSuite ERP or other finance technology systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working with ticketing systems and troubleshooting basic system issues.
• A proactive problem solver with a willingness to learn and grow in financial systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP and finance technology systems.
• Exposure to finance systems administration, reporting, and process improvements.
